Construction dust gets into everything. It settles on every ledge, sits in window tracks and keeps falling out of cupboards for weeks if it isn't removed properly. Our builders cleans are designed to get rid of it, so the home is ready for handover.
We've been the handover cleaning team for local builders across Brisbane for years, on new builds and renovations from the Bayside through to Camp Hill, Coorparoo and West End. By the time the build is done you need to move on to your next project, and we make sure this one shines.
We have worked with Amie from Deep Clean for our construction handover cleans for over two years now. Her end result is the best I've seen and is a huge help for us knowing that we can hand over a spotless job.
Our three-phase builders clean
Phase 1: Rough clean
Heavy debris, dust and residue removed once the trades are wrapping up.
Phase 2: Detail clean
Every surface, fitting, cupboard, window and track cleaned in detail, inside and out.
Phase 3: Final touch-up
A last pass before handover to catch any dust that has resettled and leave a flawless finish.

Post Construction Clean questions
When should I book a post-construction clean?
As soon as you have a handover date. We can plan the three phases around your trades so the final clean happens right before the keys change hands.
Why three phases?
Construction dust keeps settling for days after the work stops. Cleaning in stages removes the heavy debris first, then the detail, then any dust that resettles, so the finish at handover actually lasts.
Do you work with builders on an ongoing basis?
Yes. Several local builders use us for every handover. We fit around your schedule and we take pride in making your work look its best.
Which areas do you cover for builders cleans?
Brisbane Bayside and south-east Brisbane. We've completed builders cleans in suburbs including Camp Hill, Coorparoo and West End, as well as across the Redlands.
